How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

My package shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or your household
Look for a delivery notice
Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door)
Contact the carrier directly for GPS delivery confirmation
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
