At Thevvlove, we work quickly to process orders so they can ship as soon as possible. Because of this, we offer a limited window during which customers may modify or cancel their orders.
This Cancel & Change Order Policy applies to all purchases made through Thevvlove.com.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Why We May Not Be Able to Cancel Your Order
Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. An order cannot be canceled if:
It has already entered processing or packaging
A shipping label has been generated
The order has already been shipped
If a cancellation is not possible, you may still request a return once the item arrives (see our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Changing Your Order (Address, Items, Variants)
We can make changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase, including:
Updating the shipping address
Correcting customer information
Adding or removing items
Updating size, color, or style selections
After 12 hours, modifications may not be possible due to system automation and carrier processing.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@Thevvlove.com.
We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but if the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
5. Order Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may:
Refuse delivery (carrier returns it to us)
Request a return once the package arrives
Refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Fraud Prevention & Verification
Orders may be automatically reviewed by Shopify’s fraud analysis tools. If an order triggers fraud alerts, we may:
Hold the order for verification
Request additional information
Cancel the order and issue a full refund
These measures protect customers and maintain secure transactions.
7. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
In rare cases, an item in your order may become unavailable or delayed. If this happens, we will notify you and offer one of the following:
A free upgrade or replacement
A full refund
Store credit (optional)
You may also cancel the affected portion of your order.
8. How Long Changes & Cancellations Take to Process
Most change or cancellation requests are processed within:
24–48 hours for email support review
3–5 business days for refunds depending on PayPal or your bank
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring all order information is correct at checkout
Reviewing cart details before completing payment
Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Responding promptly to verification inquiries
