All orders placed on Thevvlove.com are processed within 1–3 business days.

Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Processing time does not include transit (delivery) time.

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery issues caused by the carrier after dispatch.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Some locations and P.O. Boxes may not be eligible depending on carrier restrictions.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged.
